The search of lands in County Wicklow continues as part of the investigation in the disappearance and murder of Josephine ‘Jo Jo’ Dullard.
The Kilkenny woman went missing aged 21 as she made her way home from Dublin on the night of 9th November 1995.
The last official sighting of her was at a phone box in Moone, County Kildare at 11:37pm – she spoke to a friend by phone and told her a motorist had stopped to give her a lift.
On Monday, just days after the 29th anniversary of her vanishing, two homes were searched and a man aged in his fifties arrested – he was released yesterday without charge.
Gardaí say the search operation on open ground at a location in County Wicklow, near its border with Kildare, is continuing. A spokesperson says their investigation is ongoing and further updates will follow.
