The annual Cat Laughs soccer match gets today’s festivities underway at the Fairgreen.
Some of Ireland’s most renowned comedians are currently taking on their counterparts from the rest of the world at the Fairgreen in Kilkenny City, with the game just starting at 2pm.
Neil Delamere and Gearóid Farrelly are among a host of comedians taking to the stage tonight.
Day 3 of the Carlow Arts Festival is well underway today.
The festival, which is now in it’s 36th year, began on Friday evening and continues until this coming Friday the 5th of June.
Some of today’s highlights include the Carlow Regatta on the River Barrow, the Gospel Hootenany then takes place from 2 in the Cultural Quarter, and the evening finishes up with a fireworks display on the River Promenade at 10.45.
