Temporary traffic restrictions on stretch of N80 Carlow to Wexford Road expected to cause significant delays today

If you’re due to use the N80 between Carlow and Wexford today, bear in mind there may be significant delays.

Temporary traffic restrictions are in play from 9am to 3pm between Castletown Cross and Graiguenaspiddoge Cross while road drainage improvement works are carried out.

The measure comprises manned stop/go stations with a controlled shuttle convoy system in between.

Anybody set to travel along the route should allow for extra travelling time.
