First tonight we heard from Seán Molloy, Agribusiness Development Officer with Glanbia. Matt spoke to Seán about the Quality Grain Awards, the latest financial results for Glanbia PLC and Glanbia’s strategy for coping with Brexit.
We heard from William Holohan of Knocktopher, County Kilkenny, winner of the Food Standard Oats Production award who spoke about his own farming approaches and especially the benefits of crop rotation.
Matt met with a Kerryman, John Roche from Castleisland, who’s recently published a book called “Born For Hardship” and they spoke about his life and philosophy.
