Three arrested in early morning raid at Kilkenny halting site

Three arrests have been made in a raid on the Wetlands site in Kilkenny this morning.

Around 25 Gardaí were involved in the operation which saw them execute a number of search warrants at the local halting site.

1 arrest was made on foot of an outstanding warrant while 2 others were arrested and taken for questioning to Kilkenny Garda station
