Today could be Phil Hogans last Cabinet Meeting as Environment Minister.
A reshuffle is expected to be announced tomorrow and its widely speculated that the Kilkenny man is the front runner for the EU Commission post which would see him leave cabinet altogether.

Enda Kenny and Joan Burton are set to resume talks today on the renewal of the Government but its understood the full details of any reshuffle have not yet been agreed.
