Traffic brought to a standstill on High Street in Kilkenny as car breaks down

Traffic has been brought to a standstill in Kilkenny city this morning.

An electric car broken down on High Street, outside the Ulster Bank building.

It means traffic can’t currently move along the route and there’s a backlog there at the moment.

Gardaí say they’re waiting on a tow truck to remove it.
