Two fixtures up for decision in Kilkenny senior league tonight

There are two results from the Intermediate Hurling league last night.

Tullogher Rosbercon secured an emphatic 2-16 to 2-8 win over Glenmore while Thomastown overcame Conahy Shamrocks 0-19 to 1-12.

Tonight, there are two fixtures in the senior hurling league. Ballyhale Shamrocks face St Martins in Group A. Throw in at Bennettsbridge is at 7.30.

In Group B, Fenians take on James Stephens at 7.30 at Canon Kearns Park.

One of the most intriguing of the weekends games will see Carrickshock face O’Loughlin Gaels on Sunday.

Carrickshock boss Maurice Power says that preparations for the game have been difficult given the long gap since their last competitive action.
