The two men arrested in relation to the murder of Gerry Nolan have now been released without charge.
The murder investigation into the death of the 44-year-old Castlecomer man was only launched last year – 9 years after his death in a fire at his mobile home.
The two men, aged 27 and 30 were arrested in Dublin on Thursday and taken to Kilkenny and Thomastown Garda Stations.
They have both been released without charge, and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
