Uisce Eireann crews are dealing with a burst watermain in Ferrybank this evening

Uisce Éireann crews are working to repair a burst watermain in Ferrybank, Co Kilkenny. The burst is affecting water supply to Uisce Éireann customers in parts of Ferrybank, Abbeylands, Ballinvoher and surrounding areas in Co. Kilkenny.

Crews are on site, and it is estimated that repairs will be complete later this evening.

Uisce Éireann’s Shane Aylward has assured affected customers that supply will be restored as quickly as possible.

“We acknowledge the inconvenience caused by unplanned outages and we thank affected customers for their understanding while our crews work to repair the burst and restore normal supply to their homes and businesses,” said Shane.
