A local charity is looking for you to host a tea morning to help raise much needed funds.
PAWS Animal rescue, located just outside Callan, have been taking in and re-homing dogs since 1999 when the charity was established by Gina Heatherington and her mother.

Speaking to KCLR, Gina says they currently have over 100 dogs needing to be re-homed with emigration and down-scaling being the main reasons owners give for having to leave them.
Gina told KCLR that all help is much appreciated.
