The Kilkenny woman and her family were caught in the flash floods in Valencia last week. They were living in a ground floor apartment when the floods came through their home destroying it.

She is very angry with authorities that a warning wasnt issued when a local college and creche had told their students not to come to class and parents no collect their children early in the afternoon.
Ms Tallent has said that local people have been so generous.
