The wheels are certainly in motion today for two big charity fundraisers in Kilkenny!
The annual Chernobyl Cycle begins in the city this morning where around 75 cyclists are expected to take part.
They’ll be cycling from The Parade in Kilkenny to Dungarvan in Waterford and back again.
Carmel Everard is one of those inolved and she told KCLR News that they will get to spend the night in Dungarvan before the return journey…
Meanwhile, Teach Tom’s 24-hour cycle is finishing up in the city this afternoon.
The fundraiser for the local suicide awareness charity began at 4 o’clock yesterday and finsihes at the same time today.
Around 40 cyclist are taking part.
