Woman taken to hospital following County Carlow fire

One person was taken to hospital following an incident at a property in County Carlow.

Emergency services were alerted to a fire in the Ballon area at around 1:30pm yesterday (Wednesday, 20th November).

Gardaí have confirmed a woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.

A spokesperson says “no offenses have been disclosed”.
