The woman whose body was found at a house in County Wexford has been named.
Emergency services discovered Paula Lawlor, aged 32, when they were called to the home in Gorey in the early hours of yesterday morning.
A man, also in his thirties, who was in custody has now been released.
Wexford County Council Cathaoirleach Pip Breen says locals can’t believe what happened to Paula, noting; “Shock in the housing estate of Baile Eoghain, she wouldn’t be originally from there, she’s from I think it’s Coolgreaney I think is where she lived last but she moved into there, she’s there a few years now, she has a young daughter I think of seven”.
