That’s how the sister of a young disabled Carlow man has described those who targeted her brother in the town park at the weekend.

Eoin Harte was heading home around lunchtime after enjoying the fine weather when two teenage boys approached him and switched his power wheelchair to manual before going through his things and stealing his wallet.
His sister Roisin told KCLR Live this morning he’s doing ok despite the ordeal.
