Local Labour members will gather tonight to decide who they want to represent the party in the next General Election.
Its unclear yet how many candidates they plan to select.
The party ran 2 in the 2011 election – Former Councillor Des Hurley and Ann Phelan who was successfully elected and is now a Junior minister.
Councillor Willie Quinn ran in the recent by-election but he has yet to say for definite if he intends to seek selection tonight.
Geography could have a say though – Councillor Quinn is based in Borris while Minister Phelan resides in neighbouring Graiguenamanagh.
