You’re being invited to contribute to the development of Ireland’s first ever national cultural policy.
The government has announced that a series of meetings will be taking place around the country for Culture 2025.
It’s part of plans for Ireland’s first ever national cultural policy which will aim to protect and promote our unique culture and encourage new cultural forms to flourish.
Kilkenny will host a meeting in the Parade Tower this day week and you’re being invited to attend and share your views.
A special Discussion Document published by the Arts Minister Heather Humphreys in August and will be used to lead the meeting.
It’s hoped these regional gatherings will spark discussion and debate on how the government should shape this policy.
