200 Civil Defence personnel in Kilkenny for annual conference

200 Civil Defence personnel have descended on Kilkenny for their annual conference.

Chair of the County Council, Cllr Michael McCarthy, will officially open the gathering at 9:15am with the local authority’s Chief Executive Lar Power before a range of talks takes over.
