At least 24 people have been arrested in Garda raids in the Carlow area yesterday.
13 planned searches were carried out by 120 Gardai and a number of checkpoints were set up targeting criminal activity in Carlow Town and the surrounding areas.
There were three separate drugs find and two cars were impounded for further forensic searches.
One man was arrested and a significant quantity of tablets seized when a car was stopped on the M9 motorway.
Cannabis and cocaine were discovered in two other raids.
At least six people have now been charged.
