A Kilkenny teenager has received formal recognition at County Hall for cycling to school every day during her primary and secondary education.
Alice McManus attended the Model School and Kilkenny College and enjoyed her daily spins along the Castlecomer Road.
Alice, who sat her Leaving Certificate exams in June, was afforded a Civic Reception following the City’s Municipal District meeting at County Hall on Friday last where she was joined by her family.
