Arrest made in Wexford following the discovery of a large quantity of drugs iN Rosslare

€1.2 million worth of cannabis resin has been seized at Rosslare Europort.

Revenue Officers found 204 kilos of the drug in a vehicle that arrived on a ferry yesterday.

Gardaí arrested a man in his 40s and he’s being questioned at a Wexford Garda station.

The seizure is part of ongoing joint operations targeting drug trafficking routes through the southeast.

Investigations are ongoing.
