Ballon carry Carlow’s hopes to Moate on Sunday when they take on Westmeath men in the AIB Leinster junior football semi-final.
That game is in Moate at 2-00 pm.
The management team of Joe Broderick Tommy Maher and Kevin Doyle are well satisfied with the response from the lads and if they play the same way as they did against Daingean they will progress.
It’s expected they will name the team this evening
The other semi-final is in O’Moore Park with Courtwood of Laoise and Straffan of Kildare meeting at 2-00 pm
