Ballyhale Shamrocks lift their 15th Kilkenny Senior title

Ballyhale Shamrocks are the Kilkenny Senior Hurling Champions for the 15th time after defeating the defending champions Clara today in the county final.

Clara raced into an early lead but Ballyhale pulled it back and took command of the game which they saw home on a scoreline of 1-20 to 1-13.

Captain TJ Reid lifted the cup on the same day he celebrates his birthday.
