The death has taken place of John Slater,
Crossneen, Carlow,
He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on January 5th, 2019 at The Midland Regional Hospital, Portlaoise
Reposing at his residence (Eircode R93 E9T7) from 2pm on Sunday with Rosary at 9pm.
Removal from there on Monday at 10.15am to St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, arriving for
Funeral Mass at 11am.
Funeral immediately afterwards to Killeshin Cemetery for burial.
