Ten days of arts experiences will roll out nationwide today, including locally.
Brightening Air / Coiscéim Coiligh kicks off at a number of locations across the country, after an official launch last night by Minister of State, Carlow Kilkenny Green TD, Malcolm Noonan.
The celebration of dance, visual, music and more is brought to you by the Arts Council, produced by Kilkenny based Schweppe Curtis Nunn and funded by the Government of Ireland.

In Carlow, they’ve teamed with Carlow Arts Festival and Visual Carlow for a special production ‘Woman in the Machine’ at the old Braun site – get a flavour of that here:
While Kilkenny native Richard Mosse’s work will feature in a partnership of Kilkenny Arts Festival and the Butler Gallery at Evans’ Home; Director and Chief Curator at the latter Anna O’Sullivan has been telling our Sue Nunn all about it on The Way It Is – listen to that conversation here:
