Carlows Bryan Byrne has been named as the replacement hooker for Leinster for Sundays Champions Cup game against the Harlequins in London.
In total there are ten changes to the team that beat the Ospreys last weekend.
Jamie Heaslip captains the side from number 8, Jordi Murphy and Rhys Ruddock join him in the back row, Mike McCarthy and Devin Toner are the second row while Mike Ross, Sean Cronin and Jack McGrath are the front row.
Eoin Reddan and Jimmy Gopperth are the half backs while the wings are Luke Fitzgerald and Darragh Fanning.
Ian Madigan are Gordon Darcy are the centres and Rob Kearney starts at full back.
Meanwhile Carlow man Tom Daly has been named at inside centre for the Leinster A team to play Jersey in the British and Irish Cup on Saturday.
