Calls for public open day for Brewery Site as works progress

There’s calls for an Open Day to allow the people of Kilkenny in to take a look around the Brewery site.

Councillors were given a progress report on how works are developing on the site yesterday which is now public property since the council took ownership of it back in November.

Councillor David Fitzgerald took the opportunity to ask if a day or weekend could be set aside to open up the site for locals to come in and see whats been done.
