A Carlow ambulance crew delivered a baby this week

A Carlow based ambulance crew are being praised after helping deliver a baby.
The national ambulance service tweeted to congratulate all involved.
The infant was delivered safely and mother and baby are said to be doing well.
Meanwhile the dad of the little baby who was delivered by ambulance staff in Carlow this week has thanked paramedics, Francis and David for their help.
He revealed to KCLR that words cannot express the couple’s gratitude to the paramedics and to Alan who remained on the phone until they arrived.
