Carlow edged out Tullow by 30 points to 29 in a dramatic South East final, clinching the title with a late penalty.
Ben Crotty was central to the win, scoring a try and several key penalties, while Diarmuid Long also crossed twice for Carlow.

Despite a strong second-half fightback from Tullow, Carlow held on to secure the cup in the local derby.
