Carlow bids to outdo Dublin’s Cherry Tomato Bridge

Dublin’s Cherry Tomato Bridge has had it’s day – now it’s time for Pedestrian Pizza?

The fun began in Drumcondra when a passerby of the Royal Canal crossing spotted some random pieces of the fruit (or vegetable!) frozen along its top.

It led to others adding up their offerings and sharing their snaps on socials but Dublin City Council has now apparently put an end to following a clean up.

However, Apache Pizza in Carlow has taken up the baton sharing on its TikTok social media account a video of slices on appears to be the bridge in Graiguecullen.
