A local food kitchen is getting ready to have over 50 people sitting down for Christmas dinner with them on Sunday.
St Clare’s Hospitaliy Kitchen in Carlow – based on the Waterford, Mill Lane – serves hot lunches and dinners to those in need.

The service caters for up to 100 people, 4 days each week – and they’re planning to open it for more days in 2017.
Fr John Dunphy is involved with the organisation, he told KCLR that it’s thanks to the generosity of local people and volunteers that they can do this.
