You’re being urged to Do a Good Deed on the 21st of December.
The call comes from Carlow’s ‘Jacket off your Back’ group – who collect clothes and other necessary items for both Ireland’s homeless and those displaced in Europe due to conflict.
However, speaking to KCLR News this morning, Kevin Kelly, who founded ‘Jacket Off Your Back’, says this isn’t about doing something big, it’s just about helping those around you.
He says they’re hoping to make the #DoAGoodDeed spread on social media but is asking people not to post any photos of the people they’ve done a good deed for online.
