Carlow Historical and Archaeological Society tweak tonight’s talk offering

Carlow Historical & Archaeological Society has tweaked its talk offering for tonight.

The Seven Oaks Hotel ballroom will from 8pm host Dr Ida Milne for a presentation on the ‘Elmes Letters: A Wexford Protestant network at the heart of the 1798 rebellion’.
