Carlow has been the warmest place in Ireland today.
According to Met Éireann’s afternoon chart Carlow recorded the highest temperature in the country at 23.2 degrees.
Kilkenny isn’t all that far behind it, with a high of 22.8 degrees.
Today is by far the hottest day of the year so far in Ireland.
