Carlow protestors set to join national meeting against water meters

A group of people from Carlow are travelling to Dublin today to take part in a National protest against Water Meters.

Thousand of people from across the country are decending on the capital today to voice their opposition to the meters.

Keith Gilligan is one of those travelling up today, he says they want to make a point.
