Special parking arrangements to help Christmas shoppers in Carlow take effect from today.
The county council’s organised for the removal of a charge at a number of key areas during certain hours (full breakdown below).
While those looking to pop in for a quick collection can avail of a half-hour stretch free at some on-street points.
They run from 1st December to 4th January.
