Carlow to host first ever floating festival with ‘Barges on the Barrow’

There’s a festival with a difference on the way to Carlow this bank holiday weekend.

The ‘Barges Down the Barrow’ Festival will descend on the county for five days.

It’s Ireland’s first ever floating festival which begins in Carlow town travelling all the way to tinnahinch in Graiguenamanagh.

They set off on the 1st of June.
