Council staff from Carlow and Tullow dealing with ‘significant’ oil spillage

Council staff from Carlow and Tullow are out dealing with a significant oil spillage.

It’s happened between McGrath Cross, Killmagarvoge Cross, via Killerig Cross and Carlow town on the Hacketstown Road.

Road users are asked to avoid if possible and if not approach with extreme caution until treatment works have been completed.
