Carlow’s proximity to the motorway can make it vulnerable when it comes to crime.
That’s according to local Fine Gael Councillor and Chair of the Joint Policing Committee, Michael Doran ahead of a public meeting being held by the J-P-C this coming Monday.
Among the topics up for discussion will be Garda CCTV, issues with anti-social behaviour in parks and playgrounds as well as questions submitted by the public.
Speaking to KCLR, Councillor Doran says that progress has been made in tackling crime in the county.
