County Kilkenny company in running for Great Taste Golden Fork award

Goatsbridge Trout Farm in County Kilkenny is one of three Irish contenders for a Great Taste award with winners set to be announced in London later.

Their Hot Smoked Rainbow Trout Fillets are up against Blossom Honey from Blackwater and Green Pastures, Donegal’s 25% Sour Cream for the Golden Fork from Ireland title.

The Thomastown based crew has already this year been awarded for the product at the Irish Food Supplier Awards.
