County Kilkenny convent appears to have been sold

A county Kilkenny convent appears to have been sold, or at least gone sale agreed. 

The building in Callan, which was owned by the Sisters of Mercy and shares grounds with secondary school Coláiste Abhainn Rí, had been listed by PF Quirke & Co Ltd in June (as we reported) with a guide price of €700,000.
