A District Court date is due for one motorist picked up by Kilkenny Gardaí.
The uninsured driver was clocked travelling at 150 km per hour on the M9.

Their vehicle was impounded and in a social media posting a spokesperson for the city station warned others of the fate facing them if they follow suit.
