Covid-19 latest: 329 new cases as Govt stick to plan to easing more restrictions in July
Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe says easing of restrictions will not be accelerated

329 new Covid-19 cases have been confirmed this evening
57 patients are being treated for disease in hospital – down 3 in 24 hours.
The number in ICU has also dropped by 4 over that time to 19.
The Finance Minister says the government is sticking to its plan to further ease the Covid-19 restrictions in July.
There had been calls to speed up the reopening as the vaccination programme has accelerated and Covid-related deaths have dropped.
But Paschal Donohoe says patience is needed and they will continue to monitor the situation closely.
