Today is the day for Carlows Champion Ploughman Eamonn Tracey.
Its Day one of the World Ploughing contest in Kenya.
The Garryhill man is representing Ireland along with Wexford’s John Whelan at the event.
Speaking to KCLR before he headed off on the trip he said it was he was really looking forward to the event having never been to Africa previously.
