It’s two years ago today that a Kilkenny man went missing from his home.
31-year-old Dean Roche was last seen in the Ballyfoyle area of Kilkenny on the 22nd of March 2015.
Dean Roche’s mother Geraldine has made a number of emotional appeals for help in finding her missing son.
The 31-year-old father-of-one was last seen in Ballyfoyle where he had travelled to buy a car.
However, that car was later found crashed nearby and Dean was never seen again.
Geraldine told KCLR that while her son wasn’t an angel by any means, he was still her child.
In recent weeks, Gardaí and the Armed Forces have been carrying out fresh searches in areas that weren’t previously searched around the country.
Inspector Joe Carton told KCLR at one of the searches that a case like this can never be considered closed until the person is found.
