‘What Has Europe Ever Done for The Arts?’ – reporter Susan Clarke brings us interviews with Medb Lambert and Sighile Hennessy from the Equinox Theatre Callan who talk about the play ‘We All Come from Somewhere’ which took them to Prague through funding from the Creative Europe Project. Hollie Kearns, Learning and Public Engagement Curator at the Butler Gallery shares her experiences of creating art projects supported by EU grants and finally, Emma-Lucy O’Brien CEO and Artistic Director of VISUAL Arts Centre Carlow speaks with Sue Nunn about two projects that VISUAL is involved in that have benefitted from EU funding – one is the Artists and Entrepreneurship programme in collaboration with Carlow IT, called Our Thriving Tribe. The other is a project called Craft. The series ‘What Has Europe Ever Done for Us?’ is funded by Communicating Europe Initiative
