€238,217 allocated to sports clubs and schools in Carlow and Kilkenny

Over €200,000 been pledged to sports clubs and schools in Carlow and Kilkenny.

264 groups across the country are to share in the latest Clár funding which is worth €11.5million in total.

€148,679 will benefit groups in Ballyouskill, Kilmanagh and Windgap in Kilkenny while two in Carlow share €89,538.
