All roads lead to Stradbally today as Electric Picnic rolls out.
One of the region’s biggest events, gates opened yesterday evening for early bird ticket holders and for the general public earlier this morning.
Many from Carlow and Kilkenny attend, a number of them among the entertainers and participating in other activities, including Arán and The Devil’s Menu crews.

The main arena opens at 2 o’clock this afternoon with Noah Kahan headlining tonight. Calvin Harris is in that slot tomorrow with Kylie closing the show on Sunday.
