Evergreen win as Freshford lose to Sheriff

Evergreen United recorded a famous win against Grange FC today in the Leinster junior Cup.

The Kilkenny side came back from 2-0 down to record a last gasp 3-2 win scoring the all important goal in the 94th minute.

There was disappointment for Freshford Town as they lost to Sheriff by 6-2 in their FAI Junior cup clash in Clontarf.

The sides were level at 2-2 in tough conditions on the astro Turf in the capital
